C. of C. - week 28

Week 28 already and a new challenge set for us by Linda over at StudioL3. This time we are exploring the technique found on page 57 of the Compendium of Curiosities.

Colourful Layered Fragments. Now I don't have all the right equipment so a few substitutes were made. I realy had fun with a paintbrush and my alcohol inks , this will give a clue to the items I didn't have. The stamps I used were by Creative expressions.

Thankyou for stopping by to take a look at mine

This is exactly what I needed to see on this chilly day-- springtime on a tag! What a beautiful work of happy art, MeggyMay! I love your gorgeous Fragment, and the background is equally wonderful. You made this work perfectly with a paintbrush, and that's what it's all about-- using what you have on hand. Great job!

What a cool tag! Your fragment amongst a flower bed creates the feeling of leaning above a multitude of blooms to sniff a single flower!

So, so awesome!
