C. of C.- week 26


Week 26 for the on going Compendium of Curiosities challenge over at Studio L3 Linda has brought us to page 45 of Tim Holtz book and the art of producing Rusted Grunge.

I loved trying this technique. My base card is embossed then highlighted with tea dye and vintage photo distress inks. The stamp is from TH Purely Random collection, just right I thought for graffiti on the wall.

  8. Terrific rust, loving it all. But drawing would be hell without an eraser, I use mine all the time.......thats how bad I am......lol

  16. OH, how gorgeous! I love how you incorporated the rusted grunge pieces into this lovely card, MeggyMay and the amazing texture you've created is wonderful! The sentiment you chose couldn't be better, and you're right-- it's very reminiscent of graffiti, in the best way!
