Studio L3- challenge 4 -Shabby Chic

Shabby Chic was the challenge I found on page 49 of TH book this week. . So what in my stash did I have to try this out.

I had a piece of grunge paper, which I covered with black acrylic paint. Still no distress embossing ink, but the versamark seems to work okay. I used a favourite floral stamp. My top paint covering is an Adirondack Buttercup dabber. I have used the resulting piece as a layer on a vintage card.

Thankyou for stopping by to take a look.

  4. Ooh, I LOVE the gorgeous antique look you got with using those two colors! This looks awesome! Your Shabby Chic background is perfect home for that sweet photo, and the lace and dried flower embellishments.

Well done, girlfriend! You've mastered another Compendium technique!
