C of C week 19- Extreme Masking




This weeks theme over at Lindas Studio L3 can be found on page 61 of Tims' Compedium of Curiosties - Extreme Masking.


Well I followed the instrustions and here are a couple of my better efforts, think I need a bit more practice. I used dusty concorde and rusty hinge to colour and a selection of stamps. I made the larger piece into a card for a bloke, the smaller an ATC

    I think they turned out wonderful! I love how you bordered your card. It makes the technique pop. I have that mask and thought about using it. After seeing yours I will give it a go in a different project. Thanks for the inspiration.

    I haven't tried this technique yet, but think your cards are fab. I love the man's card, the masking looks great and the colour combination is wonderful too.

    Both these pieces are just brilliant, the cogs really are great for masking and the bird with the colours you have used looks just like it is soaring along.

    Meggymay these are fantastic! The Dusty Concord and Rusty Hinge look amazing together, and your masking is perfect.

    Those gears are fabulous-- what a cool, steampunk look for your card. And the soaring bird ATC is completely magical. I love them both!
