The tag I have made for this theme, is on a dark background, the words are You hold the key to my dreams, but they haven't shown up so well in the photo. The clock and the key are die cuts. a button clock, a scrap of mesh and a Craft Individual picture were my other additions.

Thankyou for stopping by to take a peep

Tag you're It- Whiter Shade of Pale

This is my version of A Whiter Shade of Pale. The tune is a blast from the past and now I cannot get it out of my mind. The tag is embossed white card, through my bigshot. Paper flowers that a friend sent for me to colour myself. A scrap of music vellum . The touch of colour is a Craft Individuals picture with the words Fill each day with joy.

Thankyou for stopping by to take a peep.

Art Creations Friday

I chose to make a tag with this weeks image. The background is computer generated and I added the challenge picture to complete it. The words " is it that time already" refer to the Cinderella fairytale, as it gets near to midnight

Tuesday Taggers -Out of my comfort zone

For this challenge, I have decided to use some Decoupatch papers that have been frequently pushed to the bottom of my pile of papers.

I sat tearing small pieces of paper, wondering if there was more to life than this. So the project decreased in size from a journal cover to a small 7x9x2cm. tin..

For the key and lock I used metal foil, then distress inks. The flowers explain themselves as one of my favourite embellishments.

Thankyou for stopping by to have a look.

Memories-Tuesday Taggers challenge

While browsing various blogs, I have noticed Tuesday Taggers challenge this week is Memories. So, I looked through my old photos and came across an old black and white photo of my Wedding Day, nearly 44years ago. Now that is nearly vintage I think.

The tag background is embossed swirls, then distressed using pale ink pads. The frame is also embossed, them embellished with flowers and a charm.
